Job Description

The IT Director will be responsible for all aspects of MaxPoint?s IT needs, including corporate IT and our Data Center infrastructure. Responsibilities will include leading the IT team, capacity planning, infrastructure growth and maintenance. In this role you will oversee all aspects of the company?s IT needs.

Responsibilities

Manage the IT team
Infrastructure planning and implementation
Systems monitoring and capacity planning
Some travel as needed to remote data centers. Business travel expenses are fully covered

Preferred Skills

5+ Years of IT experience
Experience leading and running an IT team
Networking design and planning skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
Highly Organized Self-Starter
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Team-first attitude

Qualifications

BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college is preferred
5+ years demonstrated success in IT or related field
MCTS, MCITP, Security+, Network+, A+, etc. certifications are a plus
