CareAnyware is adding an IT Engineer to our team to assist with the administration of the corporate office and local hosting facility infrastructure. The role is key to support production deployments and to support hardware acquisition and to support corporate and production needs locally and remotely as needed. This role reports to the Development Team playing a crucial role across the organization, and work with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities
Management of production infrastructure at local hosting facility
Administration of corporate office infrastructure (network, phone, data)
Support for production deployments
Hardware acquisition to support corporate and production needs
Manage remote support effort for over 4,000 windows devices
Prioritization and management of service objectives established at a company level
Must be able to manage project task execution independently and get all associated team members to deliver their tasks on time, without direct authority
Provide security subject matter expertise, evaluating proposals and recommending available solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT concepts, processes, and priorities
Experience working with Active Directory
Experience with MS Exchange
Ability to manage Network administration
Experience with VPN setup and maintenance including Network security firewall
A passion for solving problems with strong analytical and customer service skills
Must demonstrate ability to mentor others with their work, develop strategies for prioritizing work to be done
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired/Preferred
Prefer experience with SQL Server
Experience with Juniper Firewalls
