IT Help Desk Technician CradlePoint
CradlePoint is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician with experience in supporting a business environment with Windows PCs, Linux workstations, Apple laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices. Experience supporting multiple desktop Operating Systems in a Windows Active Directory environment would be preferred. Respond to technical issues as they arise.
Provide continuous status information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy. Additionally, it may involve troubleshooting printer issues and resolving difficulties.
Determine the most effective manner to resolve client?s technical issue and engage in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
Provide telephone, face-to-face and online support to customers.
Maintain current knowledge of technology.
Create and maintain technical support documentation.
Customer service and troubleshooting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft platforms and understand network concepts applied to troubleshooting.
Ability to identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
Must be able to install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks.
Ability to troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
Experience monitoring installed systems, identifying problems, and taking corrective action.
Ability to interact with organization management to report metrics and to determine priorities and desired response times.
Must be able to configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade computers and software remotely or in person.
Experience monitoring system status and alerts, including antivirus and backups.
Minimum of an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of related experience in addition to degree or degree related experience.
Relevant industry certifications.
