THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As the IT Helpdesk Technician in our Scottsdale office, you will be the escalation point for anything related to Information Technology in Scottsdale as well as for remote employees. You will be responsible for first and second tier employee support whether it be for Mac, Windows, imaging, phones, desk setups, video conferencing, training or general assistance.
We are looking for someone experienced and confident to own IT support and help us scale as the business grows. The ability to deliver world class customer service and communication is key to success in this position. Additionally, we are primarily an Apple environment so we are looking for someone who can comfortably live and breath in the Mac world. Lastly, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with your IT counterparts in other offices from London to New York to San Francisco.
Mac desktop support for OS, software and hardware
Windows desktop support for OS, software and hardware
Imaging computers for deployment
Support of remote employees
ShoreTel phone system support
General employee training, support and hand holding
Video conferencing support
Audio/Visual meeting support
Manage ticket queue
Google Apps support
HP & Ricoh printer support along with Windows print server support
Office network support & troubleshooting
Min. 1 year HelpDesk Technician experience
Min. 1 year phone based technical support
Desktop support in a MAC environment
Excellent customer service skills
High level of professionalism and communication
Experience supporting employees in more than one location
Expertise in supporting current releases of OS X
Proficiency in supporting Windows 7+
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Strong understanding of networking protocols
Knowledge of IP phone systems and associated concepts
Ability to work independently and as part of a IT HelpDesk team.
