This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience on a help desk environment for a world-class e-commerce, interactive, marketing and technology solutions company. You will learn how support is administered in a dynamic and growing company. This experience will also allow candidates to increase their knowledge and ability with the following computer programs: Microsoft Server, along with multiple Operating Systems, and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Project) software and different platforms of hardware systems.
Job Description:
Respond to emails & personnel requests to our internal user for technical support
Researches issues and resolves technical problems
Work with systems and computer hardware vendors to resolve issues
Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
Work with leading-edge technology to meet the challenges of the e-commerce fashion industry
Job Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical or business field.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Superb interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent organizational, leadership, facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Both Apple and Microsoft Window skills required
