Working in our Engineering lab, you will work directly with innovative wireless networking technologies as well as a diverse network/virtualization infrastructure.

NetMotion Wireless Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) software gives organizations with mobile workforces the connectivity, visibility and control needed to solve the common challenges of wireless computing. Our software is the only tool on the market that creates and sustains secure connections to enterprise applications over any network, ensuring mobile workers are more efficient and productive. At the same time, it provides detailed visibility into the performance of public and private cellular networks, managed through a centralized control console. This enables enterprises to quickly identify and resolve problems within their mobile deployment, saving time and creating a significant return on their mobile investments.

Configuring and maintaining our Engineering Lab infrastructure, which includes:
Network management and engineering, including Routing, VLANing, custom topologies, Enterprise WiFi controllers, WWAN, Flow Technologies (Netflow, SFlow, OpenFlow), HP ASeries and Procurve routers and switches, Cisco ASA, IPV6, VPN, Fortigate, Software Defined Networking.
Virtual Machine Management (vSphere 4-5.2, vCloud, Xen, KVM, OpenStack, Hyper-V 2012, SCCM, )
Server hardware (HP Proliant, Dell PowerEdge, Cisco UCS, break/fix, performance)
Storage Management and Engineering, such as HP Lefthand SAN, Netapp SAN, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, IB, ZFS, Solaris, capacity, performance
Handling the maintenance, imaging, configuration of the lab machines, which includes:
Asset and QA resource management (Servers, mobile devices, workstations, capacity management)
Specifying, tracking and configuring for both the dev / test machines (non-production) and lab machines
Data Center and Facilities (HVAC, Power, Rack mount, KVM/IP)
Failover clustering and HA
Providing tester and developer support, work closely with Lab Manager
Advocating for product quality, elevating issues when appropriate
Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam products as needed for testing.
To do well in this position, you must be a self-directed and motivated person driven to have a high functioning test lab. You will be keen on using your strong analytical abilities to solve complex technical problems on your own and pull others in when needed. You will enjoy building relationships and collaborating with peers in other units to meet organizational goals.
In addition, you will need to have:
4+ years experience in an IT systems engineer, network engineer, lab manager, data center manager or related role.
BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
CCNA, MCSE, MCITP, or Security Certifications preferred
Thorough knowledge of IP networking essentials including subnets and VLANs.
Demonstrated knowledge of security technologies
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and operating systems including experience with Microsoft Server 2003,2008 and 2012
Experience with Cisco and HP network equipment preferred
Experience managing and tracking a high volume of requests through ticketing systems
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
