Due to our rapid and continuous growth we are seeking an IT Manager to join our team. In this newly created role you will initially report to the Chief Financial Officer. As the IT Manager you will design, plan, deploy and support Desktops and Systems as well as implement appropriate Software to manage the company?s requirements. Proven ability to communicate and understand department head requirements are critical to the role. You will work to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization?s internal operations.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Leading IT operational planning, including fostering, planning projects, and resources. Deploy and maintain of all non-iCenter PC?s, networks, phone systems and communication and collaboration systems
Manage IT vendors
Provision end-user systems and provide help desk support
Work within the organization to define business and systems requirements for new initiatives
Keep current on the latest technologies
Coordinate with iCenter and Technology Operations personnel
Assist with the on boarding of new employees
Manage to approved budgets
Experience and Education
9+ years IT experience
BS in Computer Information Systems of equivalent
2 ? 3 years experience managing IT
Experience with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Windows is a must
Project management skills are required as well as the ability to prioritize and execute tasks within a dynamic, fast growing and high-pressure environment
Experience working within small to medium size companies
Experience working with remote users and multiple sites
We are looking for a hands-on, self directed, customer centric professional with strong leadership skills, strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to present ideas to the organization in business terminology is important as well as the ability to manage budgets.
