Alkami Technology is a leading next-generation online banking solution that both builds software for deployment for financial institutions to host, as well as for a hosted ASP solution Alkami manages for customers with wish to leverage a shared hosting environment.
Alkami is seeking an IT Manager to serve in the capacity of a systems administrator for maintaining internal development environments, the corporate Active Directory domain environment, and provide desktop support to developers and other support staff.
Secondly, this IT Manager will serve in the capacity of a network administrator for configuring corporate firewalls, routers, switches, and secure wireless access points to provide a highly available and reliable corporate network for developers and other support staff to use to build and test the product and to configure VPN tunnels to connect Alkami?s corporate environment to third-parties to enable the development and testing of integrations between our products and remote APIs.
Third, this IT Manager will be the primary security and support contact for the hosted solution Alkami offers for online banking and will make and implement recommendations to provide a highly-available, disaster-recovery-enabled, and completely secure and compliant hosted infrastructure environment.
Fourth, this IT Manager will be consulted for prospective customer engagements to discuss recommendations on security and infrastructure planning as it relates to installing Alkami?s products in customer environments.
Fifth, the IT Manager will be responsible for implementing change control and documentation policies and ensuring their proper execution to meet regulatory and auditing requirements.
Requirements
5+ years of system administration of Windows Server 2003 and 2008 environments supporting multiple sites, including Active Directory, DFS, DNS, and VPNs
5+ years of administering virtualized environments using products such as VMware vCenter Server and ESXi 4.0 or higher
5+ years of administering complex environments with Cisco networking equipment. Further experience in administering environments with multiple VPN tunnels, familiarity with cipher technologies, multiple internal VLANs and tagged traffic, spanning tree, layer 3 routing protocols, NAT, PoE, and 802.1x are required
5+ years providing internal desktop support to PC and Mac clients in corporate domain environments, including diagnosing hardware and software problems and replacing defective components.
3+ years administering a VoIP phone system
Demonstrated familiarity with creating physical and logical diagrams with Microsoft Visio of networking environments
Experience administering corporate anti-virus, backup, network monitoring, and enterprise whole-disk encryption tools
Must be able to successfully pass required criminal background checks and drug testing
Desired Skills
Candidates with active certifications in the CCNA Security, CCNA Wireless, and CCNA Routing & Switching are strongly preferred
Experience working with VMware vCenter Server and ESXi 4.0 and higher hosts, including migrating hosts between sites, templating, and scripting to be able to quickly deploy internal images as well as vApp images for shipping to customers
A bachelor?s degree in computer science or management information systems, OR a certificate for systems or network administration from a two-year technical training program, OR two additional years of full-time experience to compensate are preferred
Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Server is preferred
Experience administering logins, users, and permissions for SQL Server 2005 or higher is preferred.
