The IT Manager is a critical role within the organization responsible for maintaining DocuSign?s IT infrastructure in accordance with PCI DSS, SSAE 16, and ISO 27001 requirements, and identifies and implements system and network activities and controls in support of internal standards and industry best practices. This position reports to the Director of IT and is responsible for system and network management, policy enforcement, alignment of corporate IT practices with established compliance requirements, communication throughout the organization regarding IT controls, and direct support of internal/external IT audits. This role requires an expert level of relevant system and network experience and a strong information technology background of at least ten years to be successful.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
An accomplished technologist with direct hands-on implementation of system configuration and network management experience, including LANs, WANs, firewalls, Windows systems, and virtual machine management.
Project lead for IT related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with IT end user support as it relates to security events, virus/malware events, and other support requirements as needed
Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times in a fast-paced work environment
Administer facilities access control and monitoring systems
Evolvement and management of the IT compliance program in support of DocuSign?s security and compliance requirements
Analyze key performance metrics, vulnerability assessments,, and develop prioritized risk mitigation plans and tasks to completion leveraging IT and other company resources as needed
Maintain audit readiness and provide evidence of effective controls promptly in support of DocuSign?s internal and external audit programs.
Identify compliance process gaps and take the lead in remediation and design/implementation of long term sustainable solutions
Align closely with security and the production operations teams following rigorous control standards
Monitor, track and document corporate network and system level security issues and threats to ensure prompt resolution, root cause analysis and proper documentation
Lead corporate systems vulnerability patching program including timely rollout of periodic updates and critical vulnerability updates

Technical Qualifications:
Advanced, current knowledge and experience with security technologies used in Firewalls, VPNs, and Windows servers.
Current, hands on knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory security policy management and event logging relative to compliance controls, monitoring, and event analysis.
Advanced knowledge and experience with user access permissions settings, security policy administration, and highly secure LAN/WAN connected networks across two or more geographic locations.
Current experience developing an IT Program in compliance with at least one of the following: PCI DSS, SAS 70/SSAE 16 , ISO 27001.
Ability to design and write detailed compliance and control documentation using appropriate terminology and technical accuracy.
Current experience compiling and presenting documented evidence to auditors in support of IT programs.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in working in an IT management level role
Minimum 8 years hands on experience with relevant network/security technologies and applications
Current experience with compliance program interaction and support of audit requirements in a technology environment (SSAE 16 / SAS 70, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, others)
Preferred candidates will have at least one current certification or demonstrate equivalent work experience: (Please put IT / Network certifications here )
Preferred candidates will have a BS and/or formal technical training in a computer science related field or equivalent work experience.
