IT Manager Wetpaint

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining our internal corporate network infrastructure of approximately 40 PCs, as well as planning new projects and improving overall internal service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


-Overseeing corporate network infrastructure
-Management of our helpdesk system
-Equipment purchasing
-Asset tracking
-Server maintenance
-Maintaining backups and tape rotation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

-Strong Windows desktop troubleshooting
-Some Linux Server experience
-Switch configuration
-Cisco PIX firewall configuration
-Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
-Previous experience managing a corporate network
-Excellent communication skills and follow-through
-Demonstrable history of innovation in IT and helpdesk solutions.
