Olliance Consulting, a division of Black Duck, seeks a part time consultant with expertise in enterprise IT data center software stacks. Candidates must possess a track record of delivering innovative, integrated, cost-effective solutions with open source software components and open standards for large IT organizations, including Fortune 500 companiesCandidates should possess and be able to demonstrate:
In-depth knowledge of commercial/proprietary enterprise (legacy) IT stacks deployed over the last decade, e.g., SAP, HP
Hands-on experience with software migration from legacy applications and infrastructure to open source
Experience developing and documenting processes for integration, migration and other related activities
Familiarity with leading OSS projects in deployment today, e.g. Linux, MySQL, Tomcat, email clients and servers, Apache web server, Samba, WINE, Xen, and other OSS technologies in the data center and on the desktop
Time spent in roles that include IT solutions architect, enterprise IT integrator, and/or enterprise IT lead
