IT Operations Support Engineer Datalogix

As a member of the IT Operations team, this position will serve as the day-to-day first line of defense for internal and external customers with technical product needs that are not met by standard DLX tools and applications and/or require security restrictions. Those customers include end users as well as software and infrastructure engineers, and those tasks are heavily data-oriented.
Key responsibilities include:
Tier 1 resolution of tickets tied to the product support function
Automate recurring tasks
Help maintain materials that outline and support the Tier 1 product support function, associated processes, and overall tasks that are supported
Train and support junior team members in resolving product support tickets
Proactively identify ways to optimize the product support function ongoing
Coordinate with Tier 2 support teams to establish and manage clear escalation guidelines as needed
Rotational pager duty
Assist broader IT Operations team with Tier 1 triage of Application Support tickets
Skills and Qualifications
A two or four year technical degree
Demonstrated knowledge of database architecture, including RDBMS and NoSQL (Hadoop/Cassandra)
Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Systems or network administration certifications a plus
Digital advertising technology experience a plus
