Position:
We are seeking an experienced, self standing IT individual that will be reporting to the Director of IT. This individual
will be responsible for the management and support of IT Systems and Infrastructure for XOS Digital in the Lake Mary
and Orlando office including help desk support. This includes: desktop & mobile support, backups, Antivirus, Operating
Systems (Windows, Linux IOS), telephone systems, storage subsystems and networking components (LAN & Wireless).
Requirements:
As a knowledgeable IT leader with skills and experience in Operating Systems, Platform and Networking (LAN &
Wireless) you will need to effectively assist our distributed IT organization with the following:
o Management and support of XOS Digital Infrastructure; primary focus on Orlando, remote offices and
employees on business travel
o Provide support of Orlando production network and systems with the ability to be available on weekends, off
hours and when emergencies arise
o Administers network accounts, security groups, permissions, and troubleshooting for access to network
storage, peripherals and printers
o Configuration and setup of systems for new employees and servers for various departments
o Effectively handle any escalations for issues in your area of responsibility. Occasionally you may be asked to
visit remote offices to diagnose more challenging problems
o Assist end users with any desktop related issues that arise on a daily basis
o DNS management of internal and external DNS zones
Orlando Office Security System Manager (24x7 on-call)
o Responsible for the general well-being of the Lake Mary & Orlando security system and offsite monitoring
service.
o Provides key FOBs to employees and guests based on request from HR
o Provides alarm codes and alarm pad instructions
o As a backup to the Office manager may need to responds to alarm company alert calls, 24 hours a day,
including night-time responses.
Orlando Facilities
o Responsibility : In-line with typical IT duties
o Often involved in cube and office build outs, involving both Power and low voltage (data/voice) cabling and
Moves/Adds/Changes/Relocations
IT Help Desk Manager
o Direct interaction with HR, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Production and Support groups to provide support
and assistance
o End-user computer hardware and software purchasing assistance, inventory, troubleshooting and repair,
software support and research
o Laptop builds/rebuilds for existing and new hires
o Archiving terminated employee data in secure company location
o Mobile device connectivity support
Professional Knowledge and Experience :
? Education & Certifications
o AS or BS degree in CS, IT or equivalent experience
o Microsoft MCSE or equivalent experience
o Cisco CCENT or CCNA or equivalent experience
o Wireless CWTS or CWNA or equivalent experience

? Technical Skills & Experience (Required)
o 5 years of industry IT experience
o Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux Systems and Servers
o Microsoft Office and Sharepoint administration experience
o Extensive knowledge of PCs, Laptops, Storage Subsystems, Networking Components
o Excellent troubleshooting skills in a network environment
o Demonstrable skills in creating sound solutions to issues affecting the IT organization
