IT Project Manager/ Business Analyst Zeltiq Aesthetics, Inc.

ZELTIQ has an outstanding opportunity for an IT project manager with strong business analyst skills to assist with the enhancements of the business systems infrastructure of a rapidly growing enterprise. This position is in a dynamic environment and the successful candidate will need to be a self-starting, quick learning, detail oriented, highly motivated individual that works well in a team setting.?





Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.):



Collaborates with vendors, staff, IT and other stakeholders to identify requirements, assess available technologies and design solution options; provides assistance in setting configuration and apply configuration settings as required; leads the activities of the information technology department in resolution of gaps between business requirements and application software

Responsible for the development and maintenance of technical documentation

Maintains functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned area's systems, organization, and business processes

Apply knowledge of and proficiency quality and testing tools within projects.

Identify and create a project management/project life cycle practice within the IT department.?

Support, where appropriate, IT departments efforts with Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.

Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA?s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which ZELTIQ complies.



Required Experience, Education, Training, Traits:



Associate?s Degree or equivalent work experience.

5 years experience in the area of IT Business Analysis and Project Management.

Working knowledge of COBIT and IT control provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley act of 2002.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with SQL and SAP Business One a plus.
