IT Project Manager for Finance and HR airbnb

We are looking for an IT team member who will work with the HR and Finance departments to define their needs and manage the execution and implementation of systems that help the departments run efficiently and effectively. This person will be fully integrated into the IT team but will be supported by other departments when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and administer third party and internal information systems and solutions specifically for the HR and Finance teams. Map current HR business processes into a third party(s) HR systems and solutions.
Listen to the needs of the HR and Finance departments and design solutions for their needs.
Design systems and be able to understand how to build and work with 3rd party or internal engineers to build the systems.
Structure and facilitate training sessions for people using those systems.
Design meaningful reports that can assist in business decisions.
Communicate with people who aren't deeply technical, think outside the box and find innovative solutions for complex problems.
Design and document processes in common documentation formatting (BPM).
Act as the inter-department liaison between IT and HR/Finance.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 + years of previous experience in IT and an exposure to different systems. Deep domain knowledge from a department's perspective.
Experience rolling out, extending and maintaining information systems for HR and/or Finance and integrating across those departments i.e.: integrating financial systems with HR integration systems.
Strong working knowledge of HRIS. Strong computer skills, including technical and working knowledge of HRIS applications, theory and practice.
Experience with systems integration, e.g. via Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or similar concepts.
Knowledge and experience wiht Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Activiti, jBPM, or similar).
Working knowledge of key HR and Finance functions: Employment, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Training and Development and Payroll.
Solid project management skills and a working knowledge of systems development methodology. PMI certified.
Experience with task management software a plus.
Advanced technical skills in the areas of relational database management, reporting software and general office applications.
Knowledgable about data protection and access control
Good working knowledge of web applications.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of business process design/redesign practices.
Solid verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with people who are not deeply technical as well as those who are deeply technical.
Previous experience working in a fast paced and unstructured environment.
Previous experience with Work Day a plus!
