AddThis runs a sophisticated, large-scale infrastructure that is touched by billions of end users. We are looking for an IT Project Manager to help us drive projects in a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment. The role is primarily focused on driving IT and Operations-related projects. As a secondary focus, this role will provide leadership for the IT team while helping guide corporate IT direction. We support a forward thinking, multi-device, multi-OS IT environment where freedom is encouraged.Primary Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and drive IT and Ops project plans
Conduct internal and external meetings with stakeholders and vendors to drive projects
Track projects and IT issues in a collaborative way
Ensure IT needs are met throughout the company with an eye to the future
Provide leadership to the IT team
Ensure end-users have access to all necessary IT resources
Provide technical leadership and occasional hands-on work with laptops, mobile devices, and office IT gear
Be available off-hours for high-level emergency IT-related issues
Required Skills/Experience:
At least 5 years working in an IT- or Operations-focused environment
Prior experience as lead or manager of an IT or Ops team a plus
Experience as a project or product manager
Experience PMing a large, complete data center build out or IT expansion project a plus
Experience with keeping an eye on uptime during rollouts. No forklift upgrades!
Experience working with software development teams a plus
Very strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
Experience with Agile development and/or Scrum a plus
Bachelor?s degree or related experience required
