Position Summary:
The IT Project Manager reporting to the Director of Professional Services and based in Trevose
will work closely with customers, as well as technology, product and sales teams to deliver Airclic
software solutions that significantly improve the performance of our customer?s supply chain and
logistics operations. This position requires a driven self-starter with the knowledge and experience
to manage the configuration, implementation, deployment, and delivery of SaaS and mobile software
solutions. As project manager they will manage and recommend changes and improvements to all
phases of the project lifecycle and act as the primary point of contact for the customer during project
implementations and deployments.
Responsibilities
? Compile project plans, statements of work, and requirements documentation
? Define and coordinate roles, responsibilities, and work direction between all project team members
? Manage the project scope and client expectations.
? Monitor and document project health by managing project budget, and reporting metrics to customer
and project team
? Orchestrate and lead project status meetings
? Document and distribute project meeting notes and documentation
? Create and distribute weekly project status reports
? Define, track, and coordinate resolution of all project issues
? Manage in-project customer change requests
? Set up and track capture of billable and non-billable project time, ensuring accuracy for invoicing.

? Document business requirements.
? Create strategies for risk analysis, risk mitigation and contingency planning.
? Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
? Identify and solve project issues efficiently.
? Manage multiple concurrent projects.
? Create, maintain, and distribute project documentation.
Qualifications
? Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience.
? Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Technology or related field.
? Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
? Strong client facing skills.
? Developing scope and cost estimates, and working in a fast paced team environment.
? Strong analytical, organizational, problem and issue analysis, and time management skills
? Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
? Experience in mobile logistics or other software industries preferred
? Knowledge of the software development life cycle preferred
? PMP Certification or equivalent a plus.
? Technical Business Analyst experience is a plus.
