IT Research Associate (Part-Time) K2M
The IT Research Associate applies critical thinking to researching and populating all of the appropriate information for K2M?s Customers in the CRM system. Previous experience using a CRM is not required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Complete and maintain CRM record information, specifically related to Customer (Surgeon) and Hospital (Account) records.
Accounts
Create new Accounts and populate all appropriate information.
Research & validate Accounts created by other users.
Customers
Create new Customers and populate all appropriate information.
Research & validate Customers created by other users.
Obtain and format Customer pictures.
Maintain relationships between records.
Participate in CRM Departmental meetings/discussions to help improve the CRM usability & performance.
Currently enrolled in a four year accredited program working towards a bachelor?s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of a relational database/CRM a plus.
Good communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently.
Ability to function with continuous changing priorities and challenges.
