We're currently looking for an IT/Help Desk Specialist to support our corporate office. This position is responsible for supporting end users and providing a high level of customer service. Duties include support, upgrades, maintenance and deployment of PCs, Laptops, Printers, Servers and Network equipment. In addition, this position will assist with asset tracking, troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network issues.

NetMotion Wireless develops software to manage and secure wireless data deployments for organizations with mobile field workers. Strong Customer service skills and willingness to take a hands-on and personal approach with staff to resolve their issues
Strong analytical ability and troubleshooting skills
Process-oriented, accurate and concise
Familiarity with ticketing and asset tracking systems
Basic understanding of IP networking and Active Directory
1-2 years? experience supporting, Windows 7 and Office 2010
Experience with wireless networks , switches, VLANs, DNS, DHCP
Exchange administration experience
Experience with computer and disk imaging tools
SharePoint administration experience
Familiarity with VOIP phones
