IT Support Administrator Bill.com
Bill.com is seeking a well rounded and a very hands-on IT professional reporting to the Director of IT. A successful candidate for this position should be able to handle a fast paced and growing environment and must be very customer oriented who has experience in all facets of IT administration i.e. Desktop Support, Server management, Network Management and Telephony Support.

Bachelors Degree and or 5 years of IT support experience.
Provide in person support to local and remote users via phone, email and chat for all PC and Mac based applications plus general office hardware.
Ability to work, learn and collaborate with Team members.
Interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented work ethic.
Willingness to work flexible odd hours whenever required.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
Intimate knowledge with Windows Servers, Domain Controllers and Active Directory Administration.
Intimate knowledge with MacOS Administration in an enterprise-level business environment.
Experience in supporting end user products like Microsoft Office, Adobe, TrendMicro, McAfee, TeamViewer.
Experience with Google Apps Administration.
Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence and Hipchat.
Experience with virtual technologies like VMware, Vsphere, Vcenter, Esxi, Parallels, VBox.
Experience with backup solutions like Symantec Backup Exec and Veeam.
Must have a good understanding of routers, switches, Wifi AP and firewalls.
Must have a good understanding of VoIP and Avaya PBX.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, as the position is very hands on and sometimes requires moving user's equipment plus rack and stack servers/networking gear.
Experience with SFDC, Birst & Marketo is a plus but not required.
Experience with security compliance is a plus but not required.
Experience with Unix and Linux OS is a plus but not required.
