IT Support Analyst Cypress Care
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Objective/Purpose:
The Support Data Analyst provides Tier-1/Tier-2 support for the operational data (including financial) that is used by the systems and applications within Cypress Care. This position is part data analyst and part support. The position requires the ability to work with other IT members and also non-technical personnel to understand, analyze, and, when possible, solve reported issues related to data and the systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Researching and discovering data-related issues and either addressing directly or routing to development or operations for resolution
Creating and executing SQL statements in a SQL Server production environment to analyze and address data related requests
Communicating status updates and any requests for additional information to the affected business units
Monitoring systems daily and ensuring that they are working optimally and if not, help determine root cause and report to the appropriate parties
Scope includes questions/issues related to application behavior, system outages, data errors, file transfers, etc.
Lateral and team relationships include collaboration with other Technical Support Analysts, Business Analysts, Developers, and End-Users as required
3-5 years? experience supporting a production environment
Experience using an issue tracking system
Intermediate knowledge of SQL with ability to extract and manipulate data (selects, updates, etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated interpersonal skills
Work performed in an office environment.
