SUMMARY: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction for Parades internal staff through the effective delivery of technical support and customer service programs. Will assist team members in the use of network operating software, and will perform additional work and troubleshooting as required. The successful candidate will provide general IT service and support to end users with Windows and other operating systems on servers, desktops, laptops, and other mobile devices.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Responsible for recommendation, acquisition, configuration and deployment of servers, desktops, laptops, VOIP, Video Conference and other mobile devices in accordance with organizational standards and processes
Document request resolution progress in a timely manner
Maintain client and technical support knowledge base
Communicate system and service availability on a daily basis within the organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education in computer science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted
A minimum of 3-4 years of applicable IT support and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Exchange Server
Excellent customer service ethic with strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to quickly shift priorities.
