IT Support Manager iPipeline, Inc.
The IT Support Manager is responsible for the operation of iPipeline internal equipment and systems that are used by iPipeine employees. These include employee computers, the phone system, email system, file servers, office productivity software, employee VPN access, virus protection, and collaboration software. The IT Support Manager role includes both management responsibilities as well as hands-on technical skills..

Manage the daily operations of the IT support team including monitoring and managing the work queue.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Provision and deploy hardware, software and network for employees.
Provide training and orientation to new users.
Manage the network connectivity at office locations including the remote offices.
Ensure employees computers and mobile device comply with security standards including virus protection and encryption.
Evaluate new computer hardware and relevant technologies. Make recommendations to improve the use of technology within the organization.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
Support IT needs of the office staff.
Maintain the technology of components of the business continuity plan. Conduct business continuity tests.
Create and maintain IT Support policies and procedures.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor?s degree ?In Computer Sciences or related field desired.
5 years of relevant technical experience in IT, desktop or network support, 3 of which were a in a manager/supervisory role
