We are currently seeking a bi-lingual (Spansih/English) candidate in the Baltimore, MD area to provide support on multimedia and voice over projects for services for assigned clientele. This position also provides onsite assistance with hardware reconfigurations, hardware/software installations and rearrangements and the creation of specialized presentations.
Job Summary - Multimedia Specialist - IT/Audio
Experienced with Audio, Voice Over projects
Reading of publications
Perform some post production captioning work (time coding)
Strong knowledge within the Social Media environment
Experience with I-Phone applications
Ability to interface with the customer to support technical requests
Ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work independently
Candidate should have 1-3 years experience in a customer service area
Must be able to gain clearance to a highly secured area
Provide high quality customer service at all levels
Maintains all voice and data communications including verification of proper functioning of devices
Provide assistance for miscellaneous request for multimedia, desktop publishing and printing projects
Plan, research, and develop materials to support instruction and training
Maintain a strong knowledge base and accomplish all aspects of client?s mission to support internal & external communications
Ensure that all equipment and software is installed and operational

Education & Qualifications:
AA Degree or equivalent experience in a technical subject is desirable
Previous job experience in customer service arena preferred
1-3 years experience in customer service area
Proficient in Office 2003 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
Limited weekend and/or night work may be required
Must be able to pass suitability requirements
Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts
