Opportunity: Information Technology Support Services Manager
The Manager of IT Support Services is a hands-on technical individual who will lead a small 3-5 person team to support corporate and internal IT operations of GetWellNetwork.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working with Senior Management, develops and leads redesign of core systems, and work processes and strategies; evaluates cost/benefit of improvement opportunities and sets priorities for team, including:
User Provisioning Procedures
Licence Management Systems
Enterprise Software Distribution (Policies, Antivirus, OS Updates, Security, etc.)
Redundancy and Disaster Recovery Procedures
IT Vendor Management
Data and Security Policy Adherence
Hardware Asset Tracking
Centralized Management Systems
Auditing and Security Compliance
Establish internal support procedures and service level agreements for local and remote end users for all IT issues
Assess, monitor, maintain and continue to scale existing corporate IT systems as required, including:
User Management / Active Directory
Shared Storage (NAS, Cloud-Storage)
VOIP Phone System
Physical Security and monitoring
Physical and logical corporate network
Data Backup Systems
Corporate use of Cloud based services - Google, Amazon, etc.
Local and Remote Data Center
Physical Office Technology (Printing, Scanning, AV, Wireless)
User Equipment Provisioning Systems
Communicates in a professional, effective, and timely manner with staff, management, and clients, including development of well-written emails, proposals, status reports, project plans, performance reviews, and other communications.
Ensures adequate, capable, and well-trained staff and technical resources are available to meet growing needs.
Technical expertise ? Hands-On Knowledge of IT systems: monitoring, deployment tools, backup and disaster recovery systems, could based service management, network and security, hardware management and support, ticketing and tracking systems, phone systems, data center management, software evaluations and large scale enterprise roll-outs. Linux and heterogeneous hands on system management experience a plus.
Project management ? Skilled project manager with ability to articulate business needs, develop detailed specifications and project plans in conjunction with team, ensuring that milestones are met and that end products meet customer needs/expectations.
Communication skills ? Very effective at providing timely, concise, audience-appropriate information orally and in writing.
Teamwork and relationships with others ? Strong collaboration and team-building skills with a track record of building strong, enduring relationships with staff and customers.
Work habits and productivity ? Ability to maximize time to produce timely, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor?s degree in applicable discipline required.
3+ years of management experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
5+ years of technical and/or analytic experience.
5+ years of experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial work environments.
Strong general management skills, including management of teams and complex projects.
