Vox Mobile, a well-established and growing mobility support company, is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our internal IT operations team. Job duties involve providing hands-on desktop, networking, and Telco support to our internal corporate staff. This position requires a team player who can work in a fast paced, professional environment with strong communications skills.
Strong PC/Desktop support skills with experience resolving hardware and software issues.
Excellent customer service/phone support skills.
Proficient in supporting Microsoft Applications
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Light networking skills and should be able to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
This is a full-time position with a standard shift of Monday through Friday from 8am ? 5pm. Candidates must also be able available to provide ?on call? support for 1 week per month.
