We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to be responsible for assisting in the administration of
a distributed Windows environment that includes but is not limited to Active Directory, Exchange Server,
Lync, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint; Apple and Android device management; application
and infrastructure monitoring; configuration, installation and troubleshooting of onsite and remote
workstations; installation and application of patches/upgrades to operating and security systems. This
position will also provide on-call support as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Administration and assistance with the maintenance, implementation, support and
troubleshooting of software/hardware relating to Windows desktops/servers.
? Support and maintenance of iSCSI SANs along with virtualization in Hyper-V clusters.
? Management and administration of Microsoft Exchange 2013 with Unified Communications
? Monitoring and maintenance of all system backups with AppAssure 5.
? Complete technical activities including application implementation, server upgrades, software
patches and anti-virus software.
? Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance
? Perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures
related to IT.
? Provide technical assistance in a professional and timely manner.
? Strong level of software proficiency in using PC software to support activities, especially Microsoft
Office, and supporting tools.
? Establishes and maintains positive and productive work relationships with all staff.
? Demonstrates the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job
responsibilities. Takes personal initiative for technical and professional development.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems/IT or equivalent experience.
? MCSA or MCITP certifications preferred.
? Active Directory 2008-2012, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
? Microsoft Exchange 2010-13, Server 2003-12 R2, SQL Server 2005-12, Office 2010-13, CRM 4.0-
2013, SharePoint 2010-13, Dynamics SL 7.0 and related applications.
? Microsoft Security Updates and Server Patching.
? Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam solutions.
THE SMARTER HARVEST?
? System Monitoring, Remote Troubleshooting.
? Maintenance and general understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
? Programming languages and Client/Server technologies including; SQL, HTML, ASP, Visual Basic.
? Skills in configuring and testing automated patching software, firewalls, and anti-virus software in
a Windows environment.
? Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
? Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all employee levels.
? Ability to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality along with sensitivity to
employee?s needs and data.
? Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
? Must be able to schedule off-hour work if necessary.
? Base level understanding and some hands-on experience of systems administration in a dynamic
Windows environment with strong emphasis on MS Exchange Email, Active Directory and related
