IT Technical Engineer SeeGee Technologies, Inc.
Summary
We are looking to hire a talented and committed IT Technical Engineer to be part of the IT Managed Service and Support team. This team provides support of IT hardware, software and systems in a remote, on-site, and on-call capacity for our clients. Experienced in troubleshooting and good problem solving skills necessary.
These efforts include but are not limited to: coordination of trouble tickets, e-mail/phone communication, project management, and maintaining customer relationships.

Possess an understanding of core internet technologies ? TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, mail transport, and network file systems
Strong knowledge of Windows services such as: Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, SQL, and Exchange
Strong understanding of Windows Server (2003, 2008) and Workstation (XP, Vista, 7) Operating Systems
Support and resolve issues related to Server Hardware, Networking, Web Services, Active Directory, DNS, and E-Mail
Ability to diagnose, repair and upgrade personal computing and server hardware
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical documentation
Data Cabling
Internal Systems Support
Preferred Skills
An understanding of Linux operating systems.
Working knowledge of network and security devices such as: Juniper Networks, Cisco, Barracuda Networks, and Palo Alto Networks.
Routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
Server backup solutions.
VMWare ESXi
Education / Experience
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
Self-Motivated, Independent Worker
Able to lift 40 pounds
Microsoft Certified MCSA or MCSE preferred
