To maintain current business and win new business in line with company expectations.
To fully understand the dynamics and key drivers of the Italian spine market, with an emphasis on their territory.
To develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the territory, aligned with overall company goals, focused on above market profitable growth and share gain.
To develop strong relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
To be highly visible in the field
To train the theatre staff and surgeon users on K2M products.
To attend theatre sessions, assist and advise theatre staff and surgeons on how to best use K2M products.
To become the product and pathology expert and represent K2M as a leading medical device partner.
To understand, process and win tenders at hospital groups.
To manage consignment and loaner sets to ensure they are always fit for purpose
Track record of delivering outstanding business results.
Proven sales experience preferably within the Italian spine market.
Excellent understanding of the Italian Healthcare system.
A passionate and dynamic sales person, with strategic insight, and a focus on delighting customers and outperforming competitors.
The ability to deliver sustained profitable business growth.
A high affinity to learn and adapt to the ever changing environment of spinal sales and products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with external & internal customers.
Self motivated and dynamic outlook with a commitment to pushing the boundaries and challenging the status quo.
Possesses a high degree of self-confidence, commitment and professionalism.
