Support all clinical activity within an Area.include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Expert knowledge of complex spine pathology
Ability to communicate technically and effectively with surgeons and field representatives.
Attend all first K2M cases of top targets within Area. Support additional new users pending availability.
Report all field surgical support/case coverage to monitor field / Agent utilization of surgery support.
With guidance of Supervisor and RSD?s target and close 12 new accounts.
Conduct field training for Agents and SSC?s through collaboration w/ MedEd.
Conduct Hospital and Surgeon training through collaboration w/ MedEd.
Participate in corporate training through collaboration with MedEd.
Participate in product development and field input of product design through collaboration w/ Prod Mgmt and Engineering.
Indentify and work with Silo members and PEAK sites.
Represent company at medical and industry meetings as assigned.
Provide weekly activity report to Supervisor and Sr Management.
Support all other departments of K2M, as necessary and appropriate, ensuring visibility to Area activity is provided and communication is adequate. (i.e. evaluation feedback, inventory needs, etc.)
Bachelors degree or equivalent; and four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of company products, ability to be organized, detailed, process and goal oriented, a self-starter and able to work independently, but also as a team player is necessary.
