Who we're looking for â€"

We're looking for an exemplary leader and manager of our European team. This is a high profile, hands-on, think out of the box role that requires someone with great skill and enthusiasm.

The General Manager, EMEA will be responsible for delivering world-class revenue growth in the European market through and with Jaspersoft's European revenue producing personnel, processes and systems, including all European sales team members for both direct sales and indirect sales channels.

The most essential functions of this role include:

• Accountable for overseeing, leading and managing Jaspersoft's European sales team, professional services, and sales engineers to ensure successful, loyal customers who prefer Jaspersoft products and services.
• Maintaining alignment of the European team to the Company's strategic objectives and vision.
• Interacting directly with the Company's senior management team, ensuring Jaspersoft's practices are best-in-class and its reputation and profile are second-to-none.
• Recruiting, hiring, inspiring, building, scaling and managing European sales team personnel

Other required skills and experience necessary for success:

• Extensive software sales and sales management experience in the European market.
• Demonstrate leadership skills that promote and exemplify the highest standards in teamwork, personal accountability and mutual support
• An outstanding Closer â€" must have the ability and the drive to bring customers into the Jaspersoft franchise.
• Self-directed, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
• Ability to successfully adapt to cultural differences in the selling (and employment) cycles.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (preferably French or German); strong written skills (English).
• Mastery of the high-velocity, subscription sales model and Sales 2.0 sales techniques is preferred

Terms of Employment:

• Status: Full time, employee
• Travel within the European Union approximately 75%; international travel as required
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience; options; excellent benefits
