Java Developer Brivo Systems

We need an unbelievably great software engineer with six to ten years of experience.
You will be working on high-availability, transactional web services targeting end users, mobile, and embedded devices for commercial applications.
You will get modern tools, smart and capable colleagues, and all the coffee you can drink.
Skill sets you'll need:
- Solid J2EE/EJB experience
- 5 to 7 years general Java experience
- 4+ years working in a Java EE framework
- Deep experience in Spring framework a big plus
- Oracle, Linux, Tomcat experience are all pluses
- Familiarity with real-world, practical HTML5, AJAX and Comet are all pluses
Responsibilities you'll have:
- Think big picture and then make it work in code
- Work with product team to translate end-user requirements into results that ship on time
- Design scalable, deeply interactive web applications, both front end and server side
- Self-manage feature-level design and coding in future product releases, from concept and prototype to object and data model, through coding, testing and deployment.
