Java Engineer Bluesocket

As a member of the Bluesocket team, you will be responsible for creating the next innovation on the Bluesocket Management platform. You should be interested in working on a dynamic, focused team that is encouraged to build world-class solutions.

Required Skills:

- BS and (MS a plus) in computer engineering/computer science with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Java, Mysql and Linux
- Very familiar with Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Experience with Network Management Systems
- Initiative and the ability to work independently and in a team


Preferred Skills:

- MVC frameworks (JBoss, Struts, Velocity)
- SQL/DB structures (Hibernate, MySQL)
- Dynamic HTML and JavaScript authoring
- AJAX/JSON frameworks (DWR)
- Management Protocols (SNMP, XML-RPC)
- Linux Build and Debugging Tools, Build/Release Experience
- Shell Scripting, Perl, and Python
- Experience with agile and test-driven software development methodologies
- Interest to learn more about new languages and frameworks.
