We are looking for highly motivated and career oriented individuals to join our team-based and successful engineering environment:
To qualify you must absolutely (without a doubt) possess:
Java software development and programming experience of 1-3 years -- junior level; 3-7 years mid-level; and 7+ years senior level.
To qualify you must also possess:
SQL software development and programming experience of 1-3 years -- junior level; 3-7 years mid-level; and 7+ years senior level.
Experience developing in multi-tiered systems architectures deploying high-demand, and business critical solutions -- preferably in a SaaS environment.
A desire to make a major contribution as part of an agile development team in a small and nimble organization.
Financial systems and/or Medical systems background is a plus.
Software/Development Tools:
Your knolwledge should include Spring Framework, Hibernate, or other high-performance Object/Relational persistence and query service tools.
UI Software Development Engineer:
Help to define and guide the technical direction of the overall XIFIN system User Interface and experience. Ensure system enhancements and new product features meet high quality usability standards.
To qualify you must possess:
3-7 years experience in Web-UI design and development of business applications, combined with a demonstrated record of accomplishment in this area.
Experience developing in multi-tiered systems architectures deploying high-demand, and business critical solutions.
A desire to make a major contribution as part of an agile development team in a small and nimble organization.
Software/Development Tools:
Your background should include significant experience with JavaScript/JSP development and debugging, Model-View-Controller development architecture preferably in Spring MVC framework.
Experience in Java development is very important and highly desired.
QA Engineer
Working with XIFIN stakeholders, database administrators, product managers, QA teams, and other development teams, you will design and implement automated tests for our n-tier Java-based web application. Your automated quality assurance testing must be correct, robust, scalable, and maintainable. A solid, demonstrable understanding of SQL and relational databases, as well as Web Services, XML, and quality assurance automation principles is required.
-Experience creating automated tests using Quick Test Pro, JUnit, or similar automation tools for Web-based applications.
-VBScript or similar development code experience to support test automation.
-Solid experience with SQL tools such as Toad or PLSQL and a demonstrable SQL knowledge, 1+ year experience with Service Tests/XML.
-BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
