3+ years Java software design and development
Strong J2EE background
Configured J2EE Application Servers, not just starting and stopping
Know about J2EE security, authentication, HTTP sessions
Worked with RDBMS, probably Oracle. Good DB design skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
What you'll be doing:
Working in the architecture and development group
Creating enterprise caliber Java systems, that are highly reliable and scalable
Creating and maintaining web based e- commerce applications
Architecting, designing and developing future products
Participating in team design meetings and code reviews
Developing new features, coding them quickly and efficiently, and shepherding them through QA and successful release
