Reputation.com is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on backend server development. In the role of Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and supporting features and infrastructure at Reputation. We want smart, quick, and creative - someone who?s a self-starter; who will dig deep into the system and find various ways to improve it, who has not only an understanding of how web technologies work today, but where they are going.Requirements:
Love scaling distributed applications, making architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, writing code, and delivering with top-notch quality
Designing high-performance service-oriented architectures
Improving the modularity and maintainability of the core platform
Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
Have experience with relational and NOSQL databases.
Know how to develop multi-tier scalable, performant and reliable applications that operate 24x7.
Minimum Qualifications:
You have a BS/MS/Phd degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, or related field from a leading institution.
Atleast 5 years building scalable backend solutions
Experience building applications using relational and NOSQL databases such as MongoDB
Successful track record of developing quality software products and shipping production ready software
Hands on experience with Java / Scala / nodejs or similar languages
