Job Description:
This person will be a seasoned Software Engineer. This person must be an experienced software developer and her (or his) primary responsibility will be as a software environment/tools specialist. This person will support the software development environments including all development tools. The ideal candidate will have work experience with the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Maven, SVN, Fisheye, Cobertura (i.e., usage, setup, configuration, and administration skills).

Responsibilities Include:

Ensure all tools are functioning optimally to support software development.
Help to optimize tool usage and provide various development metrics.

Requirements Needed:

BS CS
4+ years of experience

Desired Skills:

Work experience with: Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Maven, SVN, Fisheye, Cobertura with setup, configuration, and administration skills.
Development experience with: Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Java, Tomcat, Javascript
Agile development experience - Scrum, and XP practices.
The ability to develop software and a strong desire to setup and configure development tools to provide the most efficient development environment possible.
A work hard / play hard attitude that will flourish in an open development environment.
A proven track record of successful projects involving the above frameworks and technologies.
