Java Web Application Developer Guardian Analytics
Responsibilities:You will play a key role in designing and developing Guardian Analytics' analytics-based fraud prevention SaaS applications. To succeed, you must have a BS/MSCS or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years developing web applications in Java, ideally on the JBoss platform utilizing Java Server Faces and Seam. In addition, you should have some front-end experience and good working knowledge of HTML, as well as some Javascript & CSS skills.
Our product is a rich, web-based SaaS application that utilizes AJAX and JSON to display large volumes of financial and analytic data that are highly interactive and continually expanding as we add new customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Helping to drive Guardian Analytics' application strategy and technologies.
Working with Product Management and UI designers to build intuitive and modern-looking visual interfaces.
Helping define and develop the software architecture, application framework and components.
Interacting closely with Quality Assurance to ensure timely delivery of stable software.
Providing support to Professional Services and Network Operations when required.
Requirements:
BS/MSCS or other engineering degree, and 3+ years of commercial web-based enterprise UI and Applications development.
Strong proficiency in Java, operating in a web application; experience with JSF, JBoss AS, Hibernate and Seam are all pluses.
Knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS.
