Job Description
Under close supervision, prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Preparation of monthly financial statements.
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and various analysis worksheets.
Assist with month-end closing process including journal entries, financial statement preparation, and budget to actual analysis.
Application of cash receipts (in A/R and G/L).
May be responsible for posting and booking outgoing invoices (in A/R and G/L).
Maintenance of the fixed assets system, processes and reporting.
Ad Hoc projects as required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel (macros, pivot tables, linking, etc.) and Access skills.
Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.
Strong aptitude for working with numbers.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Required Experience
Bachelor''s Degree in Finance or Accounting required. CPA preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years related experience.
