The Junior Campaign Analyst supports the day to day management of Vibrant's advertising campaigns by delivering actionable insights and reporting that support campaign goals and ensure accurate, timely delivery and recognition of booked revenue. This highly motivated, detail-oriented individual will primarily support the Campaign Management and Finance teams.
We are looking for someone that can:-Support the analytics practice within the US Ad Operations team, through data management and analysis, with key responsibility for delivering optimization tactics.
-Ensure all standard and ad-hoc reporting requests are dealt with in a timely fashion
-Evaluate data fields from multiple sources and design reporting dashboards highlighting key performance indicators.
-Identify reporting and data discrepancies and support process for quality assurance.
-Design reporting templates and dashboards that can be systematically produced and scalable across multiple campaigns.
-Manipulate available reporting data to provide campaign-specific performance insights suitable for external presentation.
-Campaign report generation; delivery monitoring and discrepancy flagging and resolution.
-Reporting dashboards; delivering internal report monitors and client delivery and performance dashboards
-Identify emerging trends and red flags, and liaison with relevant business units on appropriate resolution strategies.
-Translate generalized campaign and network performance findings into specific optimization strategies.
-Optimization strategy and process; collaborating with internal commercial and operations teams to continue to build out analytics discipline as the foundation of each campaign management decision
You'll need these skills to be successful in this role:-Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Mathematics, or related field.
-Preferred 1+ year of media reporting, analytics or operations experience, ideally with exposure to DoubleClick DFA, Google Analytics, AdWords or AdSense, and/or similar digital platform tools. Prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization efforts is a plus.
-Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
-Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills and excellent attention to detail.
-Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
-Proven ability to efficiently organize and self-manage including effective communication to all levels.
