ExaDigm, Inc., the renown innovator of Point of Sale solutions for the financial services industry, currently has an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill an open position as Junior Technical Support Representative in its 24/7 Customer Support Group.
Job Purpose:
Job responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following, performed under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor:
Answer incoming technical support calls
Make out going support calls when necessary
Download and test equipment for deployment when need be
Observe and promote established safety procedures
Job duties are not limited to these and can be added on to if deemed necessary by Operations Supervisor
Requirements:
Qualified individuals will meet the following requirements at a minimum:
Proficient in English
Prior help desk experience
Have the ability to handle a variety of incoming technical support calls ranging from software to hardware issue?s
Able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a professional manner
Must have strong multitasking and problem solving skills
Wifi knowledge a plus
Must be open to flexible shift schedules
Recognize the significance of providing world class technical support
Merchant Service experience preferred
Additional Information:
Flexible work hours (support overtime and weekend work as needed)
Location: Santa Ana, California.
