JOB DESCRIPTION
Job summary
Understand and capture data requirements.
Assist in the development of queries and ad-hoc reports to support business area analysis.
Assist in the development of reporting documentation, processes and workflows.
Creation of macro and/or pivot table type functionality within Excel to analyze data in an efficient manner.
Provide research analysis to enhance communication.
Assist Manager in reporting results monthly as well as year-end.
Experience with investigative analysis and using analysis to produce answers for senior leaders.
Ability to apply existing analytic methods and tailor to client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements
Bachelor?s degree from a competitive college or university.
Demonstrated track record of high achievement, drive for results, career growth and analytical insights.
Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
Ability and confidence to present findings successfully to all levels of Management.
Excellent research skills, mathematical ability and computer knowledge. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel where macros and pivot tables are essential.
Salesforce, Microsoft Access, ODBC Database, understanding of ETL concepts and experience a Plus.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and deliver results on a deadline.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities / deadlines.
