Come join a rapidly growing healthcare technology and solutions company located in King of Prussia, PA. Our marketing team is looking for a highly motivated and talented in-house digitally-focused graphic designer to help conceive, design, and execute a variety of digital and print materials. As the sole Graphic Designer for HMS you -will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, and will collaborate with the entire marketing team and to produce effective marketing assets. The ideal candidate will be a creative, technically savvy self-starter with demonstrated design ability and problem solving skills.Essential Job Functions
Responsible for the design, layout, and delivery of a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: HTML email campaigns, web landing pages, collateral, PowerPoint graphics, web enabled graphics, and other assignments as requested
Routinely collaborate with team members and other internal stakeholders, participate actively in project and process meetings for ongoing marketing initiatives that require graphical support
For digital assets (email campaigns, landing pages, website, social media), understand the importance of the user experience, engagement and lead conversion
Uphold and evolve branding guidelines for both digital and print assets
Engage with various external vendors necessary for delivering marketing materials
Other marketing functions, as required
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in graphic design, art, marketing, or related field (or equivalent formal training) preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years relevant business experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
An strong understanding of HTML, CSS and website best practices a must
Skilled and experienced in coding HTML emails, using Dreamweaver (or comparable software)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), including template design a strong plus
Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize in order to meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with saleforce.com, Marketing Automation Software (Pardot) and/or Open Source web development platforms such as Drupal a plus
