Overview
A recruiting coordinator or staffing expert with fantastic Boolean search skills will put their talent to real work in helping RiseSmart clients find every last job lead from every last corner of every internet (nook) site and social (cranny) networking site they can find. Build your expertise and resume by working closely with international teams and international job sites.
RiseSmart is looking for a Job Lead Specialist that will work closely with several internal teams to ensure the quality and high satisfaction of our Job Concierge service offering. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of sourcing, staffing, or recruiting experience, particularly working with Boolean search strings.
Responsibilities Include:
Utilizing Boolean Search strings to identify job postings according to participants? preferences
Acting as a liaison between the Job Concierge Team, Transition Specialist, and participants to ensure accurate job matching
Using RiseSmart?s proprietary job matching technology and internal systems daily in providing quality assurance
Requirements:
Experience with Boolean Search strings, including 1-3 years of staffing is a plus
Experience within a fast paced work environment is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
