The Junior Staff Accountant monitors financial statements (AP, Prepaid and Accrued expenses) to provide management with accurate current and projected financial snapshots regarding bill payments.
Enters client payments and tracks AR activity daily.
Recommends priority weekly payments to CFO; ensures that payments are made within terms specified in contracts.
Pays vendors, suppliers, etc., according to contractual obligations; investigates and resolves payment discrepancies.
Ensures accuracy of Company T & E charges.
Reconciliation of corporate cards.
Reconciliation of financial statement accrued and prepaid expenses
Participates in company-wide financial projects as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business from four-year college or university;
Three years? of staff accounting experience with emphasis on Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable;
And/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
