Junior Account Manager mBlox

Reports to: Manager, Account Management East


The role of a Jr. Account Manager will be to maintain established relationships with a portfolio of 80-100+ clients and be their advisor in the mobile market. Your main goal, through up-selling new products and building revenue, will be to turn your accounts into key accounts. You will act as the primary interface between the client and mBlox, collaborating with other departments to resolve technical issues, submit new campaigns to carriers, stay current on carrier mandates, and ensure that the client is up to date on payments. You will be joining a seasoned account management team with over 25 years of experience combined so you will have an opportunity to expand your client management skills as well as your knowledge of the SMS industry


Skills and experiences:

College Degree (Minimum of Bachelor?s)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, CRM Tools (Salesforce.com)

Knowledge of the mobile industry is a plus but strong organizational skills and a hunger for success are vital
