Junior Inside Sales Representative NetProspex

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. You will call into organizations and introduce NetProspex to marketing and sales professionals in target accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads as well as tee-up demos for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
? Proactively prospect, qualify and grow leads making at least 75 calls per day.
? Schedule quality product demos for our sales team: between 5 and 7 each week.
? Cultivate strong relationships and conduct needs assessments calls with prospects.
? Ensure Salesforce.com is complete and up-to-date.
? Exceed monthly quota and any target put in front of you.
? Work as a team player to improve lead quality, collaborate on best practices and keep the company culture intact.
? Take advantage of training programs and improve your skills in managing relationships with high-level decision makers.
Qualifications
? Proven sales experience with demonstrated history of surpassing your number.
? Leadership mentality: aggressive, passionate, strong work ethic, inspiring.
? Experience making consultative sales calls to executive-level audiences.
? Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term relationships.
? Excellent presentation, communication and listening skills.
? Highly disciplined individual with self-starter mentality.
? Strong technical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in layman?s terms.
Required Education
? B.A. or B.S. degree
