Internal agency is seeking a talented designer to join our team.

We are currently seeking a Junior Interactive Designer to support senior software and mobile app designers with visual design initiatives for some of our newest and most innovative projects. The Junior Interactive Designer will work independently as well as collaboratively with a growing team of designers, to help realize creative goals timely and accurately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Junior Interactive Designer will help implement industry best practices and be a part of a team that shapes usability and user experience by participating in them entire design lifecycle from concept, wireframing, prototyping and quality testing web and mobile based proprietary applications. Responsible can include cleaning up, resizing and expanding on existing graphics, icons, forms, layouts, etc., while maintaining a consistent look to work with all of our products.

The Junior Interactive Designer may work closely with multiple development teams to provide best-in-class front end design, user interface innovations, and development support. May be called upon to document designs, assist with internal office design tasks, and other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating an eye for bold, clean designs
• 1-3 years of experience in a Junior Designer role or similar (including internships)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Clear understanding of intuitive site functionality, user interfaces and navigation
• Detail oriented, with the ability to execute projects accurately and quickly
• Proficiency with HTML or Objective C a strong plus

PREFFERED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Solid ability to work effectively under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines with a willingness to work independently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions and instructions closely
• Must know the proper time to listen and the proper time to question
• A great attitude with an emphasis on excellence, integrity, team spirit and caring
