What you?ll do: As a first-rate Junior Lead Gen Campaign Manager you?ll own the execution of all our lead gen programs, and be perfectly at ease working across departments. You?ll work closely with other members of the team and some proprietary tools to manage the stream of leads, making sure the weekly 2,500 lead records are accurate, in the right format and ready to be sent to our clients. Once you?re a master at this, you can move into a higher level lead gen position or use it as a launching point into Account Manager or other Operations roles within Spiceworks. Oh, and you?ll have a blast every step of the way!
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Receive and review about 20 lead files per day, scrutinizing the data to make sure it?s up to our exacting standards
Keep track of which leads have been sent to whom and when, so you can provide management with up-to-date information on how the campaigns are going
Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that lead delivery is meeting client expectations
Develop relationships with key stakeholders involved in the lead gen workflow
Constantly improve tools and processes to increase efficiency of the lead delivery system
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
Degree required: General marketing/advertising degree
1-2 years? previous work experience in an office setting; previous experience with digital advertising preferred, but not required
Demonstrated experience at handling 70-80 different clients simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel
