Mindspark seeks a Junior Marketing Analyst to assist the Senior Marketing Operations Manager & Marketing Operations Team in daily functions. This would include gathering data from a number of sources and accumulating it together in a prearranged format in order to produce timely and high quality analysis that will be used to make better marketing decisions.
Provide support to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager & Marketing Ops Team on data related and project management needs
Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns to drive customer response.
Assist in the collection of required information & data across multiple channels
Insure data availability & integrity and post-analysis learning
Participate in studies to analyze effectiveness of digital response initiatives to help maintain and grow customer retention and acquisition
Provide performance analysis for digital marketing campaign
Special projects as assigned / Assist in daily operation function
Stay current and report on industry trends, including new opportunities, competitor capabilities.
Compile, analyze, summarize and communicate test results efficiently.
Assemble competitive analysis and market research to drive new testing.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
1-2 years of analytical or digital marketing experience.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills (includes ability to use tools such as Excel); competencies in reporting
Strong interest in marketing and /or consumer experience optimization.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Strong team-orientation
Extremely detail oriented & well organized.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently & work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
